How to use

1. Obtain four empty formatted floppy disks and label them "LiveHelp PTF TP01847G DISK1", "LiveHelp PTF TP01847G DISK2", "LiveHelp PTF TP01847G DISK3", "LiveHelp PTF TP01847G DISK4". Create a directory on your hard drive (E.G. C:\temp) in which to download this self-extracting compressed file.

2. Click on the file name below to download [TP01847G.EXE] to the created directory on your hard drive.

TP01847G.EXE: 3,058,002 Bytes

3. Click [Start] button, and select [Run]

4. Type in the following command line and click OK.

[drive:][\path]\TP01847G.EXE

[drive:] is a drive name where the downloaded file is stored.(E.G. C:\)
[\path] is a path name where the downloaded file is stored.(E.G. temp)
E.G. If your download destination was [C:\temp] then the command line is: C:\temp\TP01847G.EXE

5. There will be four subdirectories created by the self-extraction.

DISK1, DISK2, DISK3, DISK4

6. Copy all the expanded files contained in sub-folders to their respective floppy disks prepared in step 1.

These floppy disks now comprise the whole fixes for LiveHelp V4.0.

Note:You need to apply this temporary software patch before installing Graphics Driver V4.00.1381.3245
